Cassoulet , bean stew with duck and Toulouse sausages

Cassoulet is a traditional stew from the southwest of France. White beans, vegetables, duck meat and spicy sausages are simmered together for several hours. The result is a delicious and aromatic dish that is ready to serve.

Preparation: Heat the preserving jar in a water-bath and serve. Or put the content into an ovenproof dish, coat with breadcrumbs and put in the oven for 15 minutes.

Ingredients: White beans (48%), grilled sausages (15%), duck wings (15%), poultry bouillon, bacon, tomatoes, duck fat, wheat flower, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, herbs
