Our Provence herbs are really unique as they really come from Provence. Whereas nowadays 95% of the Provence herbs sold come from different countries our herbs were grown, dried and packed in Provence. The share of each herb is always the same and corresponds to the repartition of the plants as they naturally grow in the Provence countryside. Thanks to a slow and gentle drying process the plants keep their essential oils as well as their wonderful and unique taste.
These Herbes de Provence are specially selected for Pizza and composed of thyme, savory, oregano, rosemary and marjoram.
To keep the full flavour it is recommended to store the herbs in an airproof box and protect from light.
