In 1978, we were the first to come up with a ready-to-serve taboulé. Since then it has often been copied... Try the original as a salad simple or accompanied by small cubes of melon or grapefruit.
Ingredients: 1 bag semolina (net 150 g), 1 jar of sauce (net 480 g), tomatoes, onions, lemon juice, virgin olive oil, mint, salt, parsley (without any colouring or preservatives!).
